How and when can I best reach customer service?

We usually respond within less than 24 hours and will try to provide you with a solution for your request as soon as possible. Please remember to include your order number as a reference in the e-mail.

I cannot find a specific product - what can I do?

You cannot find your desired product in our shop? Then try it in the product category ‘Brand‘ or ‘Ingredients’ to find out about the brand or an ingredient to your happiness. Otherwise, our customer service will be happy to help you with a quick email to [email protected]. If we don’t have a product in stock yet, we will gladly take this as a suggestion for your next purchase.

What exactly is Organic Baby Formula 24 and who is running it?

We at Organic Baby Formula 24 are a young, motivated and active company from the centre of Lower Saxony. We are your partner for a preparatory healthy life for your child and offers you a wide range of high-quality products as well as extensive advice on our product range.

Your prices are very competitive and much better than other vendors. How is that even possible?

This is partly down to the fact that we ship directly from Germany, where most of the organic food is grown and produced. We are a large warehouse mail order company with an excellent system of manufacturers who produce the recipes. This ensures that we can always provide our customers with the latest available batch.

Do I have to go up in stages?

It is important to note that there are no significant differences in later stages that would justify a change at a particular date. You can safely push a couple of weeks back or forward.

The growing of a child also automatically leads to a change in the increasing nutritional needs. We strongly recommend that you use the appropriate stage of formula for your infant’s age to ensure that it receives all the nutrients it needs for healthy growth. Formula manufacturers like to name one, Holle have spent many years perfecting their formulas to ensure that every stage of your baby’s nutritional needs are covered.

What is maltodextrin and is it harmful for human health?

Maltodextrin is a mixture of sugar components and is usually obtained from corn starch. It has little taste of its own and is easy to process. In contrast to conventional sugar, maltodextrin tastes less sweet, making it ideal for use in baby formula. It is easily digestible and well tolerated, which makes it ideal for use in baby formula.

The use of maltrodextrin in formula for infants is considered safe.

What is DHA and how important is it?

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is a polyunsaturated fatty acid found in breast milk, for example. It is added in synthetic form to many baby formula products. The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) contributes to the natural development of vision in infants up to the age of 12 months.

What is palm oil and is it harmful for human health?

Palm oil is the most widely used vegetable oil in food industry. In order to achieve a fatty acid pattern close to that of breast milk, mixtures of vegetable oils are used in infant formulas. Palm oil is the only vegetable oil that is rich in palmitic acid (32-57%).
Palmitic acid is the predominant saturated fatty acid in breast milk (about 26% of total fatty acids). This means that it is classified as safe for your baby. In order to imitate the fatty acid pattern of breast milk as closely as possible, the use of palm oil as a source of palmitic acid makes sense.

What are the main differences between the various stages?

The main difference between our initial infant formula ‘Stage 1’ and our follow-on formula ‘Stages 2,3,4’ is the balancing of milk proteins. In both group of formulas, whey and casein proteins are present, but in different ratios.

Also, a rise in the levels of iron and bulking ingredients like starch is used to help wean infants off the infant formula and introduce more solid nutrition in the later stages.

The stages marked PRE should not be confused with terms such as preterm birth. PRE formula usually does not contain starch, so you can give your baby more milk within 3 hours.

Why is baby formula made in Europe better?

For organic products, the use of genetic engineering is not permitted and baby formula thus remains free of genetically modified organisms.
From an ecological point of view, organic is always better. ‘You are what you eat’ – By avoiding the use of pesticides, we protect the growing body of the baby from harmful substances.
Pesticide residues in the body can damage the immune system and cause illness. Organic products are therefore beneficial to health!

The standards of farm animal breeding are more strictly regulated on organic farms in Europe. Controlled Organic animal farming makes a significant contribution to the holistic improvement of the animals’ living conditions.

Food from organic-biological origin corresponds to the cycle of nature, protects the environment and simply tastes better!

I was recommended a brand that you do not sell. Why should I order organic baby formula from Germany?

Are you aware that the majority of hospitals as well as pediatricians have a deal with baby nutrition companies that have spent several million dollars to market their baby nutrients to you in your doctor’s office and hospital? So why settle for something below average when you can buy the best nutrition for your baby?

German organic products are made without toxic ingredients. The components are natural, healthy, nutritious and easy to digest. Free of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, GMO, corn syrup, modified soybeans or added sugar!

What quantity should I order? How much does my baby drink?

The amount of drinking depends on the needs of the baby. From the second week of life until the fourth month, the amount of drinking should be about 1/6 of the body weight. The number of meals required can vary from 5 to 12, depending on age and baby. Even very short intervals between meals of less than two hours are completely fine as long as the maximum amount of drinking in 24 hours is not significantly exceeded.

Credit card is not working properly, what should I do?

If your credit card is still valid and you have filled out everything correctly, but payment by credit card still does not work, contact your credit card provider. Payment may be denied for security or other reasons.

Can I get product samples?

Can I also order by phone?

We are sorry, but ordering by phone is not possible and we kindly ask you to use our well structured online shop. However, should you encounter any technical problems or have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. A short mail to [email protected] is absolutely sufficient.

Which company will be used to ship the package?

We ship all our packages with the international logistics market leader DHL. We can track each package with a tracking code to ensure that we know exactly where your goods are at any given moment.

Can I trace my package?

Yes! As soon as we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive an e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will find a DHL tracking code, with which you can track your package live on www.dhl.de. So you always know exactly where your parcel is at the moment.

My package is still not arrived, what can I do?

You will find a DHL tracking code in your shipment confirmation, which allows you to see exactly where your shipment is at any given time. Nevertheless, things can sometimes go wrong with a shipment (e.g. a twisted number in the address). In that case we kindly ask you to get in touch with us, preferably quickly and in short sentences to [email protected].

My package has been damaged during shipping, what can I do?

First of all please make sure that the products are not damaged. If the goods are damaged, this is of course really annoying and we are very sorry. Next you should take one or two pictures of the products and send them to us by e-mail so that we can contact our warehouse and the post office again. We also need the 3-digit, stamped number at the bottom right of your invoice/delivery note (included in the package). We will take steps to find a solution for you as soon as possible.

How much does shipping cost?

The delivery costs vary depending on the destination country, weight and the selected shipping method. To find out the exact costs, simply add your item to the shopping cart and you will be shown the exact shipping costs.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

Chances that customs will impose additional charges are extremely low and rare.
Certainly, this also depends on the customs policy of the destination country and varies greatly. For orders shipped outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties and fees may be applicable. In some cases you may also need to provide an identification number. You will be responsible for all resulting taxes, duties and fees.

When do I receive my package, how long does it take?

With standard shipping, your package will be in the USA and Canada in 10 to 12 days.
If you choose the premium shipping, it usually takes 6 days.
