Ingredients:
Wholemeal rice flour*, vitamin B1 (vitaminized according to law)

This list of ingredients corresponds to a full declaration in the sense of the guidelines of the Bundesverband Naturkost & Naturwaren.
- Heat 100 ml of full-cream milk and 100 ml of water to approximately 122°F (50 °C)
- Add 6 tablespoons of cereal flakes, which is about 1/3 cup (25 g)
- Mix everything well, let the porridge swell briefly and make sure that it is at the right temperature for consumption 98 °F (37 °C).
Alternatively, you can prepare the cereal porridge with 130 ml breast milk, 200 ml full cream milk or water or a Holle infant formula from cow’s or goat’s milk (150 – 170 ml).
